Here at Sedge Garden Baptist church, there are many opportunities to serve the Lord. "Ministry" means "service" and we seek to minister to the whole family.

Sunday Morning Bible Hour(Sunday School)

Sundays at 10am, small groups of all ages meet to study and discuss the Bible and how it applies to life today. These classes provide not only information, but also accountability, prayer support and Christian fellowship. We have a class for everyone.

Teens

Our teens meet together on Sundays at 6pm in the Alford activity building. They enjoy fun fellowship, direction from the Word of God, food and support for life during these turbulent times.

Clubs for Children

Every Wednesday night at 7pm during the school year, children from three years old through sixth grade meet in the Alford activity building for Awana Clubs. It is a fun-filled, exciting night where children compete in games, interact with trained adult leaders and are taught the Bible in a language they can understand.

"Saints Alive"

Saints alive is our ministry to seniors age 55 and up. This is an active group of "seasoned" citizens who refuse to surrender to the proverbial "rocking chair".They meet together once each month on Tuesday morning. For more info, call the church office at 336-784-0699.

J.O.Y. Fellowship

"JOY"stands for Jesus, Others, and You. It is our ladies ministry. Ladies meet together from time to time for fellowship, encouragement and instruction from God's word. This ministry is so desperately needed in today's fast-paced society. Christian women need support from each other.

M.I.A

"MIA" stands for, "Men In Action" and is our ministry to and for men. Men meet from time to time on an informal basis for good clean fun and fellowship as well as instruction from God's word.
